Modi Government has been fighting terrorism for the past years that it has been in power. After the removal of Section 370 and Article 35A, the central government has greater control over the security forces and preventing any terror activities that take place in J&K.

Before the removal of Section 370 and Article 35A, women who married outside or state or country would lose all their Indian citizenship right. Central Government can declare an emergency
Section 370 and Article 35A prevented the central government to declare an emergency in the state of J&K. After the removal of Section 370 and Article 35A, the new Union Territory will have no such barriers giving the central government full authority to declare an emergency whenever deemed necessary.
